Intensium® Consulting Services offers our customers project deployment services as well as  tools to analyze the potentials and develop organizational capability to improve customers own healthcare operations and processes.

Services will ensure that:

• the customer's strategic objectives are defining the frame for the implementation project
• the customer's organization has ability to adapt required changes and utilize the new technology
• the deployment will describe the strategic measures for the management and daily operations

Consulting services targeted to process improvement

Process development projects can either be separated smaller projects, targeted to some specific area (eg some speciality ) or larger ones where the objective is to find longer term development approach.

An analysis or pre-study will give the customer a good view of current status in certain area before making a larger investment decision. Together with the customer our five-level performance capability model is providing a communication framework for a roadmap to continuous improvement.

The Intensium® Pre-studies are carried out within few weeks or months as a series of interactive workshops between Intensium and the customer. Although the pre-study can be customized for particular needs, it will always be based on a conceptual schema. The outcome is the summary report, which includes suggestions on next steps like applicability of Intensium solutions, the scope of the possible implementation project, needed resources, potential risks, challenges and possible quick wins.

Deployment Services

Intensium Deployment services will guarantee a successful software deployment project. Deployment services include both the software deployment as well as the change management in the organization.

Projects will include also aspects of process development.

Our consultants have a strong healthcare background combined with IT and change management capabilities.

Our deployment services covers both the deployment of our own solutions as well as integration services to other applications in the hospitals.
